核电厂硼表快速标定方法研究

摘要 为缩短硼表标定试验时间,提高硼表的在线可用效率,减少标定操作人员受照剂量,探讨了一种快速标定方法,依据硼表测量量程和理论计算分析,选取四个标定点,通过标定试验获取四组标定数据(n,P),分组组合建立三元一次方程组,计算获取标定系数。采用该快速标定方法,在核电厂硼表标定测试期间进行了推算研究,在不同硼表设备上进行了实验验证,获取的试验数据满足硼表测量的误差要求。快速标定时间约需5 h,相较目前常规标定时间,可省时65%以上,即使硼表监测运行期间发生故障不可用,经快速标定后,硼表亦可投入正常监测运行,提高了核电厂一回路硼浓度实时在线监测效率,降低了核电厂因硼浓度意外稀释引入正反应性事故的概率,一定程度上保障了核电厂运行安全和硼表标定操作人员受照剂量安全。 In order to shorten the boron meter calibration test time,improve the online available efficiency of the boron meter and reduce the dose of the calibration operator,a rapid calibration method was discussed.According to the measurement range of the boron meter and the theoretical calculation basis,four calibration points were selected and four groups of calibration data(n,P)were obtained through the calibration test.Using this rapid calibration method,the calculation research was carried out during the calibration test of boron meter in nuclear power plant,and the experimental verification was carried out on different boron meter equipment,and the test data obtained met the error requirement of boron meter measurement,The rapid calibration time takes about 5 hours,which can save more than 65%of the time compared with the current conventional calibration time.Even if the boron meter fails during monitoring operation,the boron meter can be put into normal monitoring operation after rapid calibration,which improves the real-time online monitoring efficiency of primary circuit boron concentration of nuclear power plant and reduces the probability of introducing positive reactivity accidents due to accidental dilution of boron concentration in nuclear power plant.To a certain extent,the safeties of the nuclear power plant operation and the dose of the calibration operator are ensured.
