摘要
目的分析我国护理本科《急危重症护理学》课程设置现状,为进一步完善课程设置,提高急危重症护理人才培养质量提供参考。方法检索中国知网、万方、维普等数据库中发表于2019年1月31日至2023年12月31日的文献及各校官网,收集各校《急危重症护理学》本科课程设置的相关数据,并进行分析。结果共收集检索到20所本科院校《急危重症护理学》课程资料。《急危重症护理学》课程内容多包含急救护理和危重症护理,总课时15~76学时,平均为(43.80±14.26)学时,其中理论学时均数为(27.70±12.91)学时,实践学时均数为(16.10±10.11)学时;课程目标均涵盖知识、能力及情感目标3大方面,教学方法与教学评价方式多样,人卫社规划教材为使用最普遍的教材,11所院校《急危重症护理学》师资队伍为专职教师和临床教师共同授课,但对授课教师资质缺少明确要求。结论《急危重症护理学》已成为本科护理课程的重要组成部分,但课程内容与学时分配有待于进一步完善,师资队伍的任职资格有待于进一步明确和规范。
Objective To analyze the Emergency and Critical Care Nursing curriculum setting for undergraduates in China,so as to provide a reference for further improving the curriculum setting and training quality of emergency and critical nursing talents.Methods Literatures published in the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and other databasesfrom January 31,2019 to December 31,2023 and the official websites of each school were searched,and the relevant data of the undergraduate curriculum of Emergency and Critical Care Nursing in each school were collected and analyzed.Results The course materials were collected and retrieved from a total of 23 colleges and universities.The content of the Emergency and Critical Care Nursing curriculum mostly included emergency nursing and critical care,and the total class hours were 15~76 h,with an average of(43.80±14.26)h,of which the average theoretical class time were(27.70±12.91)h,and practical class time were(16.10±10.11)h;The curriculum objectives covered 3 aspects of knowledge,ability,and emotion fields,and the teaching and evaluation methods were diverse,the textbooks planned by the People's Medical Publishing House were the most commonly used textbooks,and teaching staff in the Emergency and Critical Care Nursing of 11 colleges and universities included both full-time teachers and clinical teachers,but no clear requirements for the qualifications of teachers.Conclusion Emergency and Critical Care Nursing has become an important part of the curriculum system for nursing undergraduates,but the content and hours allocation still need to be further improved,and the qualifications of the nursing staff need to be further clarified and standardized.
