人乳头瘤病毒感染患者疾病体验和需求质性研究的Meta整合

Meta synthesis of qualitative researches on disease experience and needs of patients with human papilloma virus infection

目的系统评价人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染患者疾病体验和需求的质性研究。方法检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学等文献数据库中关于HPV感染的女性患者心理体验、需求的质性研究,检索时限从建库至2024年1月31日。采用澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准对文献质量进行评价,采用汇集性meta整合法进行归纳整合。结果共纳入11篇文献,提取出59个明确的研究结果,将相似结果归纳成2个整合结果,7个新类别:患者疾病知识匮乏、产生负性情绪、孤立自我,最终实现创伤后成长;患者在疾病知识、医护人员支持、家人朋友关怀方面存在需求。结论HPV感染患者容易产生负性情绪,医护人员应加强对患者心理感受、需求方面的关注,鼓励患者积极应对,完善患者社会支持,提高生活质量。

Objective To systematically evaluate qualitative studies on the disease experience and needs of human papilloma virus(HPV)infected patients.Methods Qualitative studies on psychological experience and needs of female patients with HPV infection were searched from PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CNK,Wanfang Database,and Chinese Biomedical Literature database,and the search period was from the establishment of the database to January 31,2024.The quality of the literature was evaluated using the quality evaluation criteria of the Evidence-Based Health Care Center of the Joanna Briggs Institute in Australia,and the pooled meta-integration method was used for inductive integration.Results A total of 11 literatures were included,59 clear research results were extracted,and similar results were summarized into 2 integration results,7 new categories:Patients lack knowledge of the disease,had negative emotions and isolate themselves,and eventually achieved post-traumatic growth;Patients needed disease knowledge,support from medical staff,and care from family and friends.Conclusion Patients with HPV infection are prone to negative emotions,and medical staff should pay more attention to patients'psychological feelings and needs,encourage patients to respond positively,improve their social support,and promote their quality of life.
