Summary of the best evidence for frailty management in elderly patients with hip fracture

目的系统检索、评价及归纳老年髋部骨折患者衰弱管理的最佳证据,为医务人员提供循证指引。方法规范检索国内外数据库及相关指南网站中与老年髋部骨折患者衰弱管理相关的文献,检索时限为建库至2023年10月31日,采用循证方法进行归纳总结。结果共纳入16篇文献。形成最佳证据28条,包含组建团队、衰弱评估、运动干预、营养支持、用药管理、心理护理及健康教育7个维度。结论总结的老年髋部骨折患者衰弱管理最佳证据内容清晰、全面,但在使用证据时应结合临床实际,注意个体化的调整,以便于更好推动循证证据向临床转化。

Objective To systematically search,evaluate,and summarize the best evidence for frailty management in elderly patients with hip fracture,so as to provide evidence-based guidance for medical staff.Methods The literatures related to frailty management in elderly patients with hip fracture were searched in domestic and foreign databases and related guidelines websites,and the retrieval time limit was from the establishment of the database to October 31,2023.Evidence-based methods were used to generalize and summarize.Results A total of 16 articles were included.A total of 28 pieces of the best evidence were formed,including 7 dimensions of team building,frailty assessment,exercise intervention,nutritional support,medication monitoring,psychological nursing,and health education.Conclusion The summary of the best evidence for frailty management in elderly patients with hip fracture is clear and comprehensive,but in the use of evidence should be combined with clinical practice,pay attention to individualized adjustment,so as to better promote evidence-based evidence to clinical transformation.
