院前转运急救医务人员压力性损伤知信行问卷的编制及信效度检验

Development of the pressure injury knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire for pre-hospital transport emergency medical personnel and and its test of reliability and validity

目的编制院前转运急救医务人员压力性损伤(pressure injury,PI)知信行问卷,并进行信效度检验。方法以知信行理论为框架,通过文献分析、德尔菲专家函询和预调查构建初始问卷。于2023年12月采用便利抽样法选取江苏省7个地级市医院的222名院前转运急救的医务人员作为调查对象进行问卷调查,对问卷进行项目分析和信效度检验,形成正式问卷。结果院前转运急救医务人员PI知信行问卷包括知识、态度、行为3个维度共31个条目,探索性因子分析结果显示,3个维度问卷累计贡献率为69.547%,条目水平内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.88~1.00,问卷水平效度为0.97。问卷Cronbach′sα系数为0.959,知识、态度、行为维度Cronbach′sα系数为0.951、0.935、0.959;折半系数为0.813,3个维度折半系数分别为0.885、0.879、0.936。结论院前转运急救医务人员PI知信行问卷信效度良好,可用于院前转运急救医务人员PI知信行的现状评估。

Objective To develop the pre-hospital transport emergency medical personnel pressure injury(PI)knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods Using the theory of knowing and believing behavior as a framework,the initial questionnaire was constructed through literature analysis,Delphi expert correspondence,and pre-survey.In December 2023,a total of 222 medical personnel engaged in pre-hospital transport emergency care in 7 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu province were selected as the survey objects by convenience sampling method,and the questionnaire was analyzed on the item and tested for reliability and validity to form the official questionnaire.Results The pre-hospital transport emergency medical personnel PI knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire consisted of a total of 31 items in 3 dimensions:Knowledge,attitude,and practice.The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the 3 dimensional questionnaires was 69.547%,and the content validity index(I-CVI)at the item level ranged from 0.88 to 1.00,and the questionnaire level validity was 0.97.The Cronbach′sαcoefficient for the questionnaire was 0.959,and the Cronbach′sαcoefficients for the knowledge,attitude,and practice dimensions were 0.951,0.935,and 0.959;The folding coefficients were 0.813,and the folding coefficients for 3 dimensions were 0.885,0.879,and 0.936,respectively.Conclusion The pre-hospital transport emergency medical personnel PI knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire is of good reliability and validity,and can be used to assess the current situation of stress-related injuries knowledge,attitude,and practice among pre-hospital emergency medical personnel.
