壳体材料与厚度对点火药盒输出性能的影响研究

摘要 为了探究壳体材料及厚度对点火药盒输出性能的影响,采用模拟发动机对不同厚度赛璐珞和硝基软片壳体的点火药盒的点火压强峰值、延迟时间和最大压强进行了试验,并与理论计算结果进行了对比分析。结果表明:基于0.30mm赛璐珞壳体的点火药盒的发火过程较缓慢且存在能量积聚过程;将赛璐珞壳体厚度减薄至0.15mm或采用0.30mm硝基软片壳体,均可大幅度缩短点火药盒的延迟时间并提高延迟时间的一致性,但会引起点火压强峰值升高,因此,为避免损坏装药,应适当减少装药量;在研究火工装置的能量输出规律时,依据反应物的理论燃温推导得出的温度值与实际温度可能存在较大差异。 In order to investigate the influence of shell material and thickness on the output performance of ignition cartridges,a simulated engine was used to test the ignition peak pressure,delay time,and maximum pressure of ignition cartridge with different thicknesses of celluloid and nitrocellulose soft tablets shells,and the results were compared and analyzed with theoretical calculation results.The results show that the ignition process of the ignition cartridge with a 0.30 mm celluloid shell is slow and there is an energy accumulation process;Reducing the thickness of the celluloid shell to 0.15 mm or using a 0.30 mm nitrocellulose soft tablets shell can significantly shorten the delay time of the ignition cartridge and improve the consistency of the delay time,but it will cause an increase in the ignition peak pressure.Therefore,to avoid damaging the charge,the charge amount should be appropriately reduced;When studying the energy output law of pyrotechnic devices,there may be significant differences between the temperature obtained from the theoretical combustion temperature of reactants and the actual temperature.
