不同类型线性切割索爆炸切割有机玻璃的损伤特性分析

摘要 为了探究不同类型线性切割索切割有机玻璃(PMMA)的损伤特性,通过数值模拟的方式对微爆索、楔形聚能切割索、圆弧聚能切割索3种类型切割索爆炸切割PMMA板过程中的应力分布和损伤特性进行了分析。结果表明:切割索的切割损伤为复合损伤,表面有射流或爆破形成的切割槽或破碎槽,背面有严重的反射应力波拉伸层裂损伤。微爆索切割PMMA的冲击破碎区深度为2.6 mm,宽度为2.4 mm。楔形聚能切割索形成的裂缝断裂深度为3.8 mm,最大宽度为4.0 mm。圆弧聚能切割索侵彻深度为3.2 mm,宽度为3.0 mm。楔形聚能切割索的切割效果最佳,其次是圆弧聚能切割索,最后是微爆索。 In order to investigate the damage characteristics of different types of linear shaped charge in cutting polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA),the stress distribution and damage characteristics during the explosive cutting of PMMA plates by three types of linear shaped charge,namely miniature detonating cable,wedge-shaped flexible linear shaped charge and arc-shaped flexible linear shaped charge,were analyzed through numerical simulation.The results show that the cutting damage of the linear shaped charge is a composite damage,with cutting or crushing grooves formed by jet flow or blasting on the surface,and severe reflection stress wave tensile delamination damage on the back.The depth of the impact crushing zone for cutting PMMA with miniature detonating cable is 2.6 mm and the width is 2.4 mm.The fracture depth of the crack formed by wedge-shaped flexible linear shaped charge is 3.8 mm,and the maximum width is 4.0 mm.The penetration depth of the arc-shaped flexible linear shaped charge is 3.2 mm and the width is 3.0 mm.The cutting effect of wedge-shaped flexible linear shaped charge is the best,followed by arc-shaped flexible linear shaped charge,and finally miniature detonating cable.
