摘要
为了充分再利用退役单基药,通过浸水、粉碎和烘干将9/7型单基药颗粒制备成单基药粉,并采用乳化石蜡对其进行降感处理,获得了一种工业粉状钝感炸药,测试了单基药粉含水量、单基药粉粒度和乳化石蜡含量对工业粉状炸药机械感度和起爆性能的影响。结果表明:该炸药的撞击感度(h50)为141.2 cm,摩擦感度为20%~24%,爆速为3763~6200 m·s^(-1)(装药密度为0.85~1.38 g·cm^(-3)),殉爆距离为7 cm,七日吸湿量为0.3%~1.6%,其综合性能优于2号岩石铵梯炸药;炸药含水量宜控制在5%~7%;单基药粉粒度在40目以上、乳化石蜡含量在5.0%以下时,炸药才能完全爆轰;3批工业粉状炸药的性能数据偏差都在工业炸药允许的偏差范围之内,表明其生产工艺稳定性较好。
In order to fully reuse retired single-base propellant,9/7 single-base propellant particles were prepared into single-base propellant powder by soaking,grinding and drying,and emulsified paraffin was used to reduce its sensitivity,obtaining an industrial powder insensitive explosive.The effects of water content and particle size of single-base propellant powder,and emulsified paraffin content on the mechanical sensitivity and detonation performance of industrial powder explosive were tested.The results show that the impact sensitivity(h50)of the explosive is 141.2 cm,the friction sensitivity is 20%~24%,the detonation velocity is 3763~6200 m·s^(-1)(charge density is 0.85~1.38 g·cm^(-3)),the sympathetic detonation distance is 7cm,the seven day moisture absorption is 0.3%~1.6%,and its comprehensive performance is better than that of No.2 rock AN-TNT containing explosive;The moisture content of explosive is aptly controlled within 5%~7%;When the particle size of the single-base propellant powder is above 40 mesh and the emulsified paraffin content is below 5.0%,the explosive can be completely detonated;The performance data deviation of three batches of industrial powder explosives is within the allowable deviation range of industrial explosives,indicating that its production process has good stability.
