摘要
为了获得窄粒径分布的奥克托今(HMX),以二甲基亚砜作为溶剂配置HMX炸药溶液,在此基础上,以Span-80与Tween-80作为混合乳化剂,采用均质乳化法制备了细化HMX,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)、激光粒度分布仪、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、撞击感度测试仪和摩擦感度测试仪,对原料HMX和细化HMX的形貌、粒径、晶体结构、热分解性能以及机械感度进行了表征。结果表明:采用均质乳化法制备的细化HMX形貌良好,粒径分布范围为1.38~3.40μm;较原料HMX,细化HMX的表观活化能(E_(a))提高了113.82 kJ·mol^(-1),热爆炸临界温度提升了6.23℃,临界撞击能量和临界摩擦力分别提高了1 J和8 N,表明其安全性能得到了提高。
In order to obtain Octogen(HMX)with narrow particle size distribution,dimethyl sulfoxide was used as a solvent to prepare HMX explosive solution.Based on this,Span-80 and Tween-80 were used as mixed emulsifiers to prepare refined HMX using homogeneous emulsification method.The morphology,particle size,crystal structure,thermal decomposition property and mechanical sensitivity of the raw HMX and refined HMX were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),laser particle size distribution instrument,X-ray diffractometer(XRD),differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),impact sensitivity tester and friction sensitivity tester.The results show that the refined HMX prepared by homogeneous emulsification method has a good morphology,with a particle size distribution range of 1.38~3.40μm;Compared with the raw HMX,the apparent activation energy(E_(a))of refined HMX is increased by 113.82 kJ·mol^(-1),the critical temperature of thermal explosion is increased by 6.23℃,the critical impact energy and critical friction force is increased by 1 J and 8 N,respectively,indicating that its safety performance is improved.
