加强山西产学研用深度融合发展对策研究——以太原市为例

Study on Countermeasures of Deepening the Integration of Production,Education,Research and Application in Shanxi:Taking Taiyuan City as an Example

产学研用深度融合是推动经济发展和创新的重要手段。山西作为中国重要的能源基地和传统产业基地,推动产学研用深度融合发展对于促进其经济转型升级具有重要意义。太原市作为山西省的省会城市,具有良好的产学研用基础和潜力。为此,以太原市为例,通过分析太原市的产学研用现状,提出加强政府引导、优化产学研用环境、加强产学研用平台建设等对策,旨在促进太原市产学研用深度融合发展,推动经济转型升级。

The deep integration of production,education,research and application is an important means to pro⁃mote economic development and innovation.Shanxi is an important energy base and a traditional industrial base in China.Promoting the deep integration of production,education,research and application is of great signifi⁃cance to promoting its economic transformation and upgrading.As the capital city of Shanxi Province,Taiyuan has a good foundation and potential of production,education,research and application.Taking Taiyuan City as an ex⁃ample,by analyzing the current situation and problems of production,education,research and application in Tai⁃yuan City,countermeasures are put forward such as strengthening government guidance,optimizing the environ⁃ment of production,education,research and application,and strengthening the construction of platforms for pro⁃duction,education,research and application,so as to promote the in-depth integration of production,education,research and application in Taiyuan City,and promote its economic transformation and upgrading.
