粤东西北高校本科专业设置与服务区域经济社会高质量发展研究

Study on the Establishment of Undergraduate Majors and the High-quality Development of Regional Economy and Society in East and Northwest Guangdong

区域发展不平衡不协调是新发展阶段实现高质量发展亟待解决的重大发展问题。2018—2022年,粤东西北区域高校本科专业设置存在专业增设量大于撤销量、学科间专业调整差异大、专业调整与区域经济社会发展适配度较低等问题。粤东西北高校要在“完善专业设置调整逻辑,打造多元主体参与模式”“根据规划调整专业结构,适应不同区域发展要求”“搭建综合集成平台,健全专业调整体系”“明确人才培养定位,错位助力区域经济发展”等方面发力,保障专业设置调整的科学性、合理性,为服务区域经济社会高质量发展提供有效支撑。

Unbalanced and uncoordinated regional development is a major development problem that needs to be solved urgently to achieve high-quality development in the new development stage.Based on analysis the setting of undergraduate majors in universities in east and northwest Guangdong from 2018 to 2022,it is found that the number of newly added majors is greater than the number of cancelled majors;there are large differences in the adjustment of majors between disciplines;the adaptability of the adjustment of majors to regional economic and social development is low.Some suggestions are put forward to guarantee the scientific and rational adjustment of majors and provide effective support for high-quality economic and social development in the region,such as im⁃proving the logic of the setting and adjustment of majors and creating a model based on multi-subject participa⁃tion,adjusting the structure of majors according to the plan to adapt to the development requirements of different regions,building a comprehensive integrated platform and improving the system for the adjustment of majors,clarifying talent training orientation and helping regional economic development through dislocation.
