教育信息化背景下基于MBO的高校班级网格化管理模式研究

Research on the Model of Grid Management of Classes in Colleges and Universities Based on MBO under the Background of Educational Informatization

高等院校作为为社会培养人才的重要基地,其班级管理工作对学生综合素质的提升具有重要作用,而班级管理的效果也会影响学生的全面发展。近年来,高校招生规模不断扩大,使我国高校班级管理面临着更大的挑战。为了有效进行班级管理、提高班级管理的效率,该文将MBO理论运用到班级网格化管理中,通过分析该理论在我国高校班级管理中应用的可行性,为我国高校班级网格化管理提出几点合理建议。

As an important base for cultivating talents for the society,the class management of colleges and uni⁃versities plays an important role in improving the comprehensive quality of students,and the effect of class man⁃agement will also affect the all-round development of students.In recent years,the enrollment scale of colleges and universities in China has been expanding,which makes the class management of colleges and universities face greater challenges.In order to effectively manage classes and improve the efficiency of class management,this paper applies the MBO theory to the grid management of classes.Through the feasibility analysis of the appli⁃cation of this theory in the class management of colleges and universities in China,several reasonable suggestions are put forward for the grid management of classes in colleges and universities.
