“课岗赛证”融通导向下商务英语跨境电商课程教学改革研究

Research on the Teaching Reform of Cross-border E-Commerce Course Based on the Integration of“Course-Post-Competition-Certificate”

目前,地方应用型本科院校商务英语跨境电商人才培养存在错位问题。针对这一现状,该文以商务英语跨境电商课程为例,深度分析其教学存在的问题,积极探索以“课岗赛证”融通为导向的课程教学改革。改革主要从课程内容设计、教学模式创新、评价体系优化、“双师型”师资建设、学生实践能力和职业能力培养等方面展开,旨在提升商务英语跨境电商人才培养质量,以更好地满足区域经济社会发展需要。

Aiming at the problem of mismatch between talent cultivation and labor market demand in Business English of local application-oriented undergraduate colleges,this paper takes the Cross-border E-commerce course as an example,deeply analyzing the problems existing in the teaching,and exploring the reform guided by the integration of“course-post-competition-certificate”.The reform covers aspects including design of course content,innovation of teaching model,optimization of evaluation system,double-qualified tutor team construc⁃tion,training of student’s practical ability and vocational skills etc.,aiming to improve the quality of cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation and meet the needs of regional economic and social development.
