《关于推动现代职业教育高质量发展的意见》(以下简称《意见》)明确指出,深化教育教学改革要完善“岗课赛证”综合育人机制,按照生产实际和岗位需求设计开发课程,开发模块化、系统化的实训课程体系,提升学生的实践能力。在《意见》的指导下,高职软件技术专业应对接企业对软件人才项目经验的需求,结合行业发展趋势和企业实际用人需求,构建基于真实软件设计工作过程的实训环境,培养具备扎实专业理论基础、丰富项目实操经验和高度创新意识的软件人才,以有效促进我国软件产业的发展和高素质技术技能人才的供给。

The Opinions on Promoting the High-quality Development of Modern Vocational Education clearly states that deepening education and teaching reforms requires the improvement of a comprehensive talent cultiva⁃tion mechanism based on post-course-competition-certification integration.It emphasizes the development and design of courses in line with actual production needs and job requirements,as well as the establishment of modu⁃lar and systematic practical training course systems to enhance students’practical abilities.Under the guidance of these opinions,higher vocational software technology programs should respond to enterprises’demand for soft⁃ware talents with project experience,by aligning with industry development trends and real manpower demands from businesses.This involves constructing authentic software design work process-based training environments to cultivate software professionals with solid theoretical foundations,extensive hands-on project experience,and a high degree of innovative thinking.This approach effectively promotes the development of China’s software indus⁃try and ensures the supply of highly skilled technical and vocational talents.
