摘要
目的对鲜卑花Sibiraea laevigata干燥叶中的单萜类化合物进行研究。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及制备液相色谱等方法对鲜卑花Sibiraea laevigata干燥叶中的单萜类化合物进行分离纯化,运用波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果与结论共分离得到5个单萜类化合物,分别鉴定为sibir-monoside A(1)、cimicifugolide A(2)、cimicifugolide C(3)、kodemarioside A(4)、kodemarioside C(5),其中化合物1为新的单萜苷类化合物,2~5为首次从鲜卑花属植物中分离得到。
To study the chemical constituents of monoterpenoids from Sibiraealaevigata,the constituents of S.laevigata leaves were separated and purified with chromatographic methods.Five compounds were isolated and identified as sibirmonoside A(1),cimicifugolide A(2),cimicifugolide C(3),kodemarioside A(4)and kodemarioside C(5)through chemical analyses and spectroscopic methods.Compound 1 was a new monoterpene acylglucoside,compounds 2-5 were isolated from the plants of Sibiraea Maxim.for the first time.
