摘要
弘扬教育家精神,加强高素质专业化高校思政课教师队伍建设是提升新时代立德树人工程质量的基础性工作。高校思政课教师专业实践理性,本质上是高校思政课教师对自身专业发展行动和结果的观念建构,是目的理性、工具理性、交往理性和价值理性的和谐统一。教育家精神体现了教育家对教育的态度情感、价值取向和职业操守,引领高校思政课教师专业实践理性的四维建构。教育家精神引领下,合理性的高校思政课教师专业实践理性之目的理性应是自我完善、立德树人、弘扬大道内在统一,工具理性应是知识视野、教学技能、反思能力内在统一,交往理性应是有效言语、交流互动、启智润心内在统一,价值理性应是人的发展、家国情怀、天下观念内在统一,达至真、善、利、美相统一的理想境界。
Promoting the spirit of educators and strengthening the construction of a high-quality and specialized team of ideological and political education teachers in universities is fundamental for improving the quality of moral education project in the new era.The professional practice rationality of ideological and political teachers in universities essentially involves the conceptual construction of their own professional development actions and results,which is a harmonious unity of purpose rationality,instrument rationality,communication rationality,and value rationality.The spirit of educators embodies the moral character and spiritual outlook of educators in terms of attitude,emotion,values,and professional ethics,guiding the fourdimensional construction of the professional practice rationality for ideological and political teachers in universities.Under the guidance of the spirit of educators,the rational purpose of professional practice rationality for these teachers should reflect the internal unity of self-improvement,moral education,and promotion of the great ideals;the instrument rationality should encompass the internal unity of knowledge perspective,teaching skills,and reflective ability;the communication rationality should involve the internal unity of effective language use,communication and interaction,and enlightenment;value rationality should embody the internal unity of human development,patriotism,and a global perspective,ultimately achieving the ideal state of unity among truth,goodness,benefit,and beauty.
