实现高校科教融合:难点与疏解

Realization of Science-education Integration in Higher Education:Challenges and Solutions

摘要 高校培养创新型人才的核心在于深入推进科教融合。科教融合有利于优化重组科研与教学,将研究内容转化为教学内容,促进学生科研素养提升。当前,高校科教融合工作中存在“重科研、轻教学”的管理逻辑、科研与教学之间罅隙的增大、绩效评价和大学排名的功利性及高校管理和运行缺位等难题,需要构建高校科教融合政策支持体系、建设针对高校科教融合的体制机制、强化高校教师在科教融合的带头作用、持续探索高校科教融合新模式,推进高校全方位科教融合。 In the new era,the core of cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities lies in deepening the integration of science and education.This integration is beneficial for optimizing and reorganizing research and teaching,transforming research content into teaching materials and enhancing students' research capabilities.Current challenges include a management logic that favors research over teaching,a widening gaps between research and teaching,the utilitarian nature of performance evaluation and university rankings,and deficiencies in university management and operation.To address these issues,it is essential to establish a policy support framework for science-education integration,develop mechanisms specifically targeting this integration,strengthen the leading role of university teachers in the integration process,and continuously explore new models of integration,so as to promote a comprehensive science-education integration in colleges and universities.
