立体定向放射外科相关放射性脑坏死的诊治研究进展

摘要 放射性脑坏死是立体定向放射外科不容忽视的并发症,其病理生理机制复杂且仍不完全明确,同时在诊断上与肿瘤复发及假性进展鉴别困难,而治疗方法多样且疗效迥异,对临床医生提出严峻挑战。因此,需要深入了解、分析其病因、危险因素、病理机制,明确诊断并进行治疗优化方案,提高患者的生存质量,改善其远期预后。
