摘要
文章深入剖析了地方高校在专业硕士研究生培养过程中所面临的挑战,在此基础上,提出了在地方政府政策的引领下,通过实现专业与产业精准对接、优化人才培养目标、构建高效的科研团队、加强师资队伍建设以及推行“双师共导”等策略,来探索一种将人才培养深度融入城市技术创新与产业进步的多方协同发展模式。该模式旨在提高专业硕士研究生的培养质量,同时推动城市和产业的创新发展,实现人才培养与经济社会发展的协同进步。
The article deeply analyzes the challenges faced by local universities in the process of cultivating professional master’s degree students,and based on this,proposes a multi-party collaborative development model that deeply integrates talent cultivation into urban technological innovation and industrial progress under the guidance of local government policies,by achieving precise integration between majors and industries,optimizing talent cultivation goals,building efficient research teams,strengthening faculty construction,and promoting“dual teacher co-guidance”.This model aims to improve the quality of professional master’s degree training,promoting innovative development of cities and industries,and achieving coordinated progress between talent cultivation and economic and social development.
