摘要
文章通过研究甘肃省近3年职称申报实际情况,选取副研究员、助理研究员、研究实习员3个职称层级,学术论文、科研项目、国家专利、科技奖励4类科研成果,将职称层级作为定类字段,将科研成果作为定量字段,通过多因素方差分析的方法来研究不同层级职称和科研成果之间的相关关系。经过数据统计、前提条件检验、方差分析等步骤,得出不同层级职称科研人员的科研成果产出有差异,高级职称科研人员对科研成果的贡献显著大于初中级职称的科研人员,高级职称科研人员与初中级职称科研人员协调性不佳;每一层级科研人员参与科研项目类成果均高于学术论文和国家专利数量;另外,取得学术论文、科研项目、国家专利的数量又反过来作用于职称层级。最后,提出进一步优化现行条件标准和协调初中级职称科研人员及高级职称科研人员结构的政策建议。
This article studies the actual situation of professional title application in Gansu province in the past three years,selecting three levels of professional titles as associate researcher,assistant researcher,and research intern,as well as four types of scientific research achievements as academic papers,scientific research projects,national patents,and scientific and technological awards.The professional title level is used as a classification field,and the scientific research achievements are used as a quantitative field.The correlation between different levels of professional titles and scientific research achievements is studied through multiple factor analysis of variance.After data statistics,prerequisite testing,analysis of variance and other steps,it was found that there are differences in the output of scientific research results among researchers with different levels of professional titles.Senior professional title researchers contribute significantly more to scientific research results than junior and intermediate professional title researchers,and the coordination between senior professional title researchers and junior and intermediate professional title researchers is poor.The participation of researchers at every level in scientific research projects results in higher numbers of academic papers and national patents.In addition,the number of academic papers,research projects,and national patents obtained in turn affects the level of professional titles.Finally,policy recommendations are proposed to further optimize the current condition standards and coordinate the structure of research personnel with intermediate and senior professional titles.
