摘要
随着“社会5.0”时代的到来,大数据和人工智能为图书馆服务创新带来了机遇和挑战。在此背景下对国外医学图书馆领域新质生产力核心要素的解构,能帮助国内医学图书馆不断创新服务、提升管理质效,促进医院图书馆事业高质量发展。文章运用网络调查法和案例分析法对美国七大知名医学图书馆组织架构及岗位服务能力进行调查和聚类分析,以期为我国医学图书馆制定发展规划和岗位服务能力提供参考,推动新质生产力对医学图书馆发展的影响,助力高水平医院和研究型医院建设。
Big Data and artificial intelligence by the advent of the“Society 5.0”era,have provided opportunities but confronted libraries’innovative service models and content with challenges.In this context,domestic medical libraries can continue to innovate and serve,improve management quality and efficiency,and thus promote the high-quality development of hospital libraries by deconstructing the core elements of new quality productive forces of foreign medical libraries.The organizational structures and serving capabilities of seven well-known medical libraries in the United States were surveyed and analyzed in clusters.Using network survey and case analysis methods,we are aiming to provide insights into the formulation of organizational structure and serving capabilities of the domestic medical libraries,and thus to promote the development of new quality productive forces in medical libraries and assist in the construction of high-level research hospitals.
