摘要
神经纤毛蛋白(neuropilins,NRPs)是一种多功能非酪氨酸激酶表面糖蛋白,最初被定义为轴突引导和神经发育因子,调节神经系统发育。近年研究表明NRP1常在各种免疫细胞和肿瘤细胞中表达,其与其配体的相互作用在机体免疫应答、自身免疫性疾病及肿瘤发展中起着关键作用,有望成为多种疾病的生物标志物。文章就NRP1与其配体的免疫调节机制及其在相关自身免疫性疾病和肿瘤中的作用展开综述。
Neuropilins(NRPs)are multifunctional non-tyrosine kinase surface glycoproteins.They were originally defined as axon-directed and neurodevelopmental factors that regulate the development of nervous system.Recent studies have shown that NRP1 is frequently expressed in various immune cells and tumor cells.Interaction NRP1 with its ligands plays a key role in immune response of the body and in progressions of autoimmune diseases and tumors.NRP1 is expected to be a biomarker for a variety of diseases.This review summarized the immunomodulatory mechanisms of NRP1 and its ligands and their roles in related autoimmune diseases and tumors.
