摘要
特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)是一种以复发性湿疹性损伤和严重瘙痒为特征的慢性炎症性皮肤病,大部分发生在婴儿期和童年期。近年来,AD发病率呈逐年升高的趋势。AD的发病机制尚不完全明确,主要涉及环境、遗传、免疫等因素。最近,益生菌在AD预防中的潜在作用引起了人们的极大兴趣。许多临床研究表明,肠道微生物群能够调节全身炎症和免疫反应,从而影响致敏和变态反应的发展。益生菌越来越多地用于治疗AD,然而,益生菌介导的抗过敏作用的分子机制尚不清楚。文章将对益生菌作用和AD防治之间可能的生物学机制进行综述,以期为AD的预防和治疗提供理论依据。
Atopic dermatitis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by recurrent eczematous lesions and severe itching,mostly occurring in infancy and childhood.In recent years,the incidence rate of AD has been increasing year by year.The pathogenesis of AD is not yet fully understood,mainly involving environmental,genetic,immune and other factors.Recently,the potential role of probiotics in AD prevention has aroused great interest among people.Many clinical studies have shown that the gut microbiota can regulate systemic inflammation and immune responses,thereby affecting the development of sensitization and allergic reactions.Probiotics are increasingly being used to treat AD.However,the molecular mechanism of the anti allergic effect mediated by probiotics is not yet clear.This article reviews the possible biological mechanisms between probiotic effects and AD prevention and treatment,in order to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of AD.
