人才振兴视域下乡村工匠培育的现实困境和路径选择

The Realistic Dilemma and Path Selection of Rural Craftsman Cultivation from the Perspective of Talent Revitalization

乡村工匠是乡村人才的重要组成部分,加强乡村工匠培育具有壮大乡村人才队伍规模、提升乡村人才整体素质以及拓展乡村人才服务渠道等时代价值。针对我国在乡村工匠培育实践中存在培育导向与乡村人才功能定位不够吻合、培育诉求与乡村人才内生动力不够契合、培育模式与乡村人才素质要求不够匹配和培育机制与乡村人才成长需求不够适配等现实困境,提出明晰乡村工匠培育向度,紧扣乡村人才功能定位;强化主体意识,激活乡村人才内生动力;完善培育模式,提升乡村人才智能水平以及健全培育机制,改善乡村人才成长环境等乡村工匠培育路径,助推乡村人才振兴。

Rural craftsmen are an important part of rural talents.Strengthening the cultivation of rural craftsmen has the value of the times,such as expanding the scale of rural talents,improving the overall quality of rural talents and expanding the service channels of rural talents.In view of the practical difficulties in the practice of cultivating rural craftsmen in China,such as the lack of consistency between the cultivation orientation and the functional orientation of rural talents,the lack of consistency between the cultivation appeal and the endogenous motivation of rural talents,the lack of matching between the cultivation mode and the quality requirements of rural talents,and the lack of matching between the cultivation mechanism and the growth needs of rural talents,the cultivation paths of rural craftsmen are proposed:clarifying the cultivation direction of rural craftsmen and closely following the functional orientation of rural talents;strengthening the subjective consciousness and activating the endogenous motivation of rural talents;improving the cultivation mode and promoting the intelligence level of rural talents;improving the cultivation mechanism and the growth environment of rural talents,which will promote the revitalization of rural talents.
