摘要
慢性难愈合创面具有高致残率、高致死率等特点,给患者造成了极大的痛苦。近年来,创疡再生医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)因能够通过调控创面再生修复过程中的炎症反应、细胞增殖和组织重塑等阶段促进肉芽组织生长、血管生成、上皮组织移行等而加快创面愈合,被广泛应用于慢性难愈合创面的临床治疗。基于此,本文主要对MEBT/MEBO调控炎症反应、细胞增殖和组织重塑3个阶段促进慢性难愈合创面修复的相关机制予以综述,以期为MEBT/MEBO的进一步临床应用提供理论依据及思路。
Chronic refractory wound has the characteristics of high disability rate and high fatality rate,resulting in huge pain for patients.In recent years,the regenerative medical technology for wounds and ulcers(MEBT/MEBO)has been widely used in the clinical treatment of chronic refractory wound,because of its effectiveness of accelerating wound healing by regulating the inflammatory response,cell proliferation and tissue remodeling in the process of wound regeneration and repair to promote the growth of granulation tissue,angiogenesis,and epithelial tissue migration.Based on this,this paper mainly reviewed the mechanism of action of MEBT/MEBO in regulating the inflammatory response,cell proliferation and tissue remodeling to promote the healing of chronic refractory wound,with the view of providing theoretical basis for the further clinical application of MEBT/MEBO.
