烧伤后肠道功能保护及治疗研究进展

Research Progress on the Protection and Treatment of Intestinal Function after Burns

大面积严重烧伤可导致皮肤、皮下组织严重损伤,引发全身炎症反应综合征甚至多器官功能衰竭等。肠道功能障碍是严重烧伤后多器官功能衰竭的始动因素,烧伤后肠道功能保护对防治全身炎症反应综合征及多器官功能衰竭至关重要。目前,烧伤后肠道功能障碍的发病机制尚未完全明确,临床治疗方法也不完善。因此,本文对近年来大面积烧伤后肠道功能保护及治疗的研究进展进行了综述,以期为临床治疗提供理论依据。

Extensive severe burns can lead to severe damage to skin and subcutaneous tissues,and bring about systemic inflammatory response syndrome and even multiple organ failure.Intestinal dysfunction is the initial factor of multiple organ failure after severe burns.The protection of intestinal function after burns is crucial for the prevention and treatment of systemic inflammatory response syndrome and multiple organ failure.Currently,the accurate pathogenesis of intestinal dysfunction after burns remains unclear,and the clinical treatment methods are far from perfect.In this context,this article reviewed the research progress on the protection and treatment of intestinal function following extensive burns in recent years,with the view of providing theoretical basis for the clinical treatment in this regard.
