摘要
目的 分析高血压房颤患者血浆肾胺酶和儿茶酚胺的水平变化及两者之间的相关性。方法 选取原发性高血压患者134例,分为房颤组(65例,其中持续性房颤35例,阵发性房颤30例)及非房颤组(69例)。采用ELISA法检测两组血浆肾胺酶和儿茶酚胺水平。采用Spearman等级相关性分析评估高血压房颤患者血浆肾胺酶与儿茶酚胺之间的相关性。结果 房颤组血浆中肾胺酶浓度明显低于非房颤组(P<0.05);房颤组血浆中儿茶酚胺浓度明显高于非房颤组(P<0.05);持续性房颤亚组与阵发性房颤亚组血浆中肾胺酶及儿茶酚胺比较,差异无统计学意义。采用Spearman相关性分析的统计学方法,分析血浆中肾胺酶浓度与儿茶酚胺浓度呈负相关(r=-0.203),与左房内径呈负相关(r=-0.266)。结论 高血压房颤患者血浆肾胺酶水平显著降低,儿茶酚胺水平明显增高,二者呈负相关。血浆肾胺酶为高血压房颤的早期预测提供一种新的标志物,从而指导高血压房颤的治疗。
Objective To investigate the changes and correlation of plasma renalase and total catecholamine in hypertensive patients with atrial fibrillation(AF).Methods A total of 134 essential hypertension patients were divided into the AF group(n=65,35 with persistent AF and 30 with paroxysmal AF)and the non-AF group(n=69).Plasma renalase and total catecholamine were measured by ELISA.Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to assess the correlation between plasma renalase levels and total catecholamines in hypertensive patients with atrial fibrillation.Results The plasma renalase concentration in hypertensive AF group was significantly lower than that in hypertensive non-AF group(P<0.05),and the total catecholamine concentration in hypertensive AF group was significantly higher than that in hypertensive non-AF group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in renalase and total catecholamine between persistent atrial fibrillation group and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group.Spearman correlation analysis showed that the concentration of renalase in plasma was negatively correlated with the concentration of total catecholamine(r=-0.203)and with the diameter of left atrium(r=-0.266).Conclusion The plasma renalase levels are significantly lower and the total catecholamine levels are significantly higher in hypertensive patients with AF.Renalase is negatively correlated with total catecholamine levels in hypertensive patients with atrial fibrillation.Plasma renalase provides a new marker for the early prediction of hypertensive atrial fibrillation,which can guide the treatment of hypertensive atrial fibrillation.
