五行健脾汤治疗小儿功能性消化不良的临床效果及对免疫功能、炎症反应的影响

Efficacy of Wuxing Jianpi Decoction in treating pediatric functional dyspepsia and its impact on immune function and inflammatory response

目的探讨针对小儿功能性消化不良(FD)采取五行健脾汤治疗的效果及对免疫功能、炎症反应的影响。方法选取140例小儿FD患儿为研究对象,随机分成五行健脾汤组与对照组各70例,对照组应用常规西医结合治疗,五行健脾汤组在对照组基础上加用五行健脾汤治疗,观察两组治疗效果、中医症候积分、免疫功能、炎症反应及不良反应情况。结果五行健脾汤组治疗总有效率94.28%,高于对照组78.57%(P<0.05);五行健脾汤组治疗后各中医症候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);五行健脾汤组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05);五行健脾汤组治疗后肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)低于对照组,干扰素-γ(INF-γ)高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义。结论应用五行健脾汤治疗小儿FD疗效满意,缓解炎症反应,改善免疫功能,且不良反应发生率低。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Wuxing Jianpi Decoction in treating pediatric functional dyspepsia(FD)and its effects on immune function and inflammatory response.Methods A total of 140 children with FD were selected for the study and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 70 cases in each.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the experimental group was treated with the addition of Wuxing Jianpi Decoction on top of the control group′s treatment.The treatment efficacy,TCM symptom scores,immune function,inflammatory response,and adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 94.28%,higher than the control group′s 78.57%(P<0.05).Post-treatment TCM symptom scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).CD3^(+),CD4^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,while CD8^(+)levels were lower(P<0.05).TNF-α,IL-4,and IL-10 levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while INF-γlevels were higher(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Wuxing Jianpi Decoction is effective in treating pediatric FD,alleviating inflammatory response,improving immune function,and having a low incidence of adverse reactions.
