护理学专业教育与创新创业教育协同发展的实践探索

创新创业教育是新医科建设下护理人才培养的必由之路,护理学专业教育与创新创业教育相互协同融合交叉,能够提高学生以护理学专业为基础的创新创造能力,以更好地契合社会发展。两者协同过程中,基础是专业教育。首先,重视创新创业类系列课程的开发建设,建立以优势学科为引领的创新创业课程;其次,将创新创业教学深度融合在专业教学内容中,将创新创业教育思维整合到专业课程中。再次,在专业实践教育中开展创新创业教育,形成有特色的专业实践模式。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is the only way to cultivate nursing talents under the construction of the new medical science.Nursing professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education are mutually coordinated and integrated,which can improve the innovation and creativity ability of students based on nursing majors,and better align with social development.In the process of collaboration between the two,the foundation is professional education.Firstly,importance should be attached to the development and construction of a series of innovation and entrepreneurship courses,and innovation and entrepreneurship courses led by advantageous disciplines should be established;secondly,innovation and entrepreneurship teaching should be deeply integrated into professional teaching contents,and innovation and entrepreneurship education thinking should be integrated into professional courses;thirdly,innovation and entrepreneurship education should be carried out in professional practice education to form a distinctive professional practice model.
