地铁隧道盾构施工牵引运输机车车辆选型与计算

摘要 随着我国轨道交通行业的快速发展,城市地铁对我国交通路况的改善作用巨大。在地铁隧道施工中,由窄轨工矿电力机车牵引,渣土车、砂浆车、管片车等车辆组成的牵引运输系统具有运输体量较大、运输成本较低、系统维护难度小等优势,所以在地铁隧道施工牵引运输领域得到较好的应用并得到经济回报。然而,由工矿电力机车和运输车辆组成的牵引运输系统根据地铁隧道的盾构开挖直径、坡度、掘进模式、出渣方式等的不同造成各个专业运输机车车辆的选型不同。准确的选型可大大降低施工方设备采购的成本,提高施工过程中由于设备不匹配带来的安全隐患。文章根据不同的施工环境和不同的施工模式对牵引运输系统的工矿电力机车和运输车辆进行计算选型,以保证地铁隧道施工的安全性、可靠性和经济性。 Along with the rapid development of rail transit in China,urban metros play a great role in the improvement of Chinese traffic conditions.In the construction of metro tunnels,the haulage system hauled by a narrow-gauge electric locomotive for industrial and mining purpose and containing slag cars,mortar cars,segment cars and other vehicles has the advantages such as greater transport volume,lower transport cost and easier system maintenance,so it has been well applied in the field of haulage for construction of metro tunnels with economic return.However,the haulage system composed by electric locomotive for industrial and mining purpose and transport vehicles is different according to the shield excavation diameter,the slope,the driving pattern and the deslagging mode,so different models of haulage rolling stock are selected for different specialties.Accurate model selection will greatly reduce the equipment purchase cost of the construction party and reduce the potential safety hazards due to the incompatible equipment used during construction.This article performs calculation and model selection for the electric locomotive for industrial and mining purpose and the transport vehicles of the haulage system according to different environments and modes of construction in order to guarantee the safety,reliability and economical efficiency of the construction of metro tunnels.
