摘要
以野生中泰南五味子种子为试验材料,研究层积处理和激素处理对种子萌发的影响。结果表明,中泰南五味子种子萌发缓慢,干种子吸胀后在25℃条件下需40 d才开始萌发,60 d的萌发率仅为26.7%,干种子萌发率和萌发指数显著高于新鲜种子;GA_(3)、IAA、6-BA、NAA等4种外源激素在试验浓度范围内对中泰南五味子种子萌发无促进作用;3种层积处理均能大幅缩短种子萌发时间,其萌发率和萌发指数均显著高于对照,解除休眠的效果依次表现为变温层积2(4℃保持30 d、15℃保持30 d、4℃保持30 d)>低温层积(4℃保持90 d)>变温层积1(15℃保持30 d、4℃保持60 d)。层积处理是解除中泰南五味子种子休眠的有效方法。
The effects of stratification and hormone treatment on seed germination were studied by using wild Kadsura ananosma seeds.The results showed that the germination of K.ananosma seeds was slow.Dry seeds did not germinate after imbibition until 40 d at 25℃,and the germination rate was only 26.7%at 60 d.The germination rate and germination index of dry seeds were significantly higher than that of fresh seeds.Four kinds of exogenous hormones such as GA_(3),IAA,6-BA and NAA had no promoting effect on the seed germination of K.ananosma in the concentration range.All three kinds of stratification treatments could significantly shorten the germination time of seeds,and the germination rate and germination index were significantly higher than those of the control.The effect of breaking dormancy was variable temperature stratification 2(4℃30 d,15℃30 d,4℃30 d)>low-temperature stratification(4℃90 d)>variable temperature stratification 1(15℃30 d,4℃60 d).The stratification treatment was an effective method to relieve the seed dormancy of K.ananosma.
