摘要
激素在植物抗胞囊线虫中发挥着重要作用。研究通过室内盆栽试验,明确大豆胞囊线虫对菜豆的致病性,明确黑菜豆(KB80)和白菜豆(KB07)对大豆胞囊线虫的抗性水平,结合高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)分析线虫胁迫下,3种植物内源激素(生长素、脱落酸和茉莉酸)在黑、白菜豆中的含量变化。结果表明:大豆胞囊线虫侵染菜豆后,菜豆地上部叶片黄化,根系不发达,须根减少,根部着生大量胞囊。根据抗性评价等级计算黑菜豆为抗病种质资源,白菜豆为感病种质资源。接种线虫后第15天,白菜豆根内生长素含量显著降低,黑菜豆根内生长素含量显著升高;接种线虫后3~15 d,黑菜豆根内茉莉酸含量显著升高,白菜豆根内茉莉酸含量显著下降;茉莉酸/脱落酸的含量比值变化明显。研究结果显示,这三种激素在菜豆抗胞囊线虫中发挥重要作用。
Hormones play an important role in plant resistance to cystitis nematodes.In this study,the pathogenicity of soybean cystitis nematode to bean was determined through indoor pot experiment,and the resistance level of black bean(KB80)and Chinese cabbage bean(KB07)to soybean cystitis nematode was determined.Combined with high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS),the resistance of soybean cystitis nematode to soybean cystitis nematode was analyzed.Changes of contents of three plant endogenous hormones(auxin,abscisic acid and jasmonic acid)in black and Chinese cabbage beans.The results showed that after the infection of soybean cystitis nematode,the leaves of the ground part of the bean were yellowing,the root system was underdeveloped,the fibrous roots were reduced,and there were a lot of cysts in the root.According to the resistance evaluation grade,black bean was considered as resistant germplasm and Chinese cabbage bean was considered as susceptible germplasm.On the 15 th day after nematode inoculation,the auxin content in Chinese cabbage bean root decreased significantly,while that in black bean root increased significantly.From 3 to 15 days after nematode inoculation,the jasmonic acid content in black bean root increased significantly,while that in Chinese cabbage root decreased significantly.The content ratio of jasmonic acid to abscisic acid changed obviously.The results showed that these three hormones played an important role in the resistance of bean to cystitis nematodes.
