气候灾害对农民绿色生产行为的影响

摘要 为分析气候灾害对农民绿色生产行为的影响,基于中国土地经济调查(CLES)2020年农户调查问卷的数据,选取玉米作物作为研究对象,运用倾向得分匹配法进行研究。研究发现,当农户种植的地块遭受到气候灾害威胁时,农户会显著增加化肥施用量以期望降低气候灾害造成的作物减产;购买生产环节外包服务的农户相较于没有购买生产环节外包服务的农户,面对气候灾害时其施用化肥量减少。研究针对气候变化对于玉米种植生产带来的负面影响,提出要加强对气候灾害的监测预警,增加农户应对气候灾害的指导,加大新技术的推广,提高农民文化素养与培训频率,提高农业环节外包服务水平,促进农户购买生产外包服务等建议。 In order to analyze the impact of climate disasters on green production behavior of the farmers,based on the data of the farmer household questionnaire in China Land Economy Survey(CLES)in the year of 2020,maize crop was selected as the research object and the propensity score matching method was applied for the investigation.The study found that when the plots planted by farmers were threatened by climate disasters,farmers would significantly increase the amount of fertilizer applied in the expectation of reducing crop yield reduction caused by climate disasters.Farmers who purchased outsourced production services applied less fertilizer in the face of climate hazards than those who did not purchase outsourced production services.It proposed to strengthen the monitoring and early warning of climate disasters,increase the guidance for farmers to cope with climate disasters,increase the promotion of new technologies,improve the cultural literacy of farmers and the frequency of training,and improve the level of outsourcing services in the agricultural sector to promote the purchase of outsourcing services by farmers,in order to address the negative impacts of climate change on maize production.
