摘要
桨叶叶根法兰与桨毂体叶根轴承结合面的摩擦系数对微调桨的转叶力矩承载能力至关重要。以某型微调桨为例,通过建立桨叶叶根法兰与桨毂体叶根轴承结合面试验平台,开展滑移摩擦特性试验,获取了结合面摩擦系数,从而有力地支持了该型微调桨的深化设计。
The friction coefficient between the blade root flange and the hub body root bearing combined plane is very important to the ability of the balde to resist hydrodynamic torque.Taking a certain type of adjustable bolted propeller(ABP)as an example to illustrate.The sliding friction characteristic test is carried out by establishing a test platform for the joint surface of the blade root flange and the hub body root bearing,and the friction coefficient of the joint surface is obtained.The test result effectively supports the further design of this type of propeller.
