摘要
轴承作为一种广泛应用于机械设备中的关键零部件,其损坏率非常高,维修保养和寿命预测是轴承的重点关注问题。文章分析了轴承的各种损坏形式,提供维修方法和保养建议。基于国外公开数据,通过生存分析进行寿命预测分析,其中Kaplan-Meier模型较为常用,而Cox比例风险回归模型可考虑多因素影响,这2种模型效果均较为理想,可为轴承的寿命预测提供借鉴。
Bearing is widely used in mechanical equipment as a key component,its damage rate is very high,maintenance and life prediction is the focus of bearing problems.This article analyzes various forms of bearing damage and provides repair methods and maintenance suggestions.Based on foreign public data,life prediction analysis is performed through survival analysis.Among them,the Kaplan-Meier model is more commonly used,and the Cox proportional risk regression model can consider the influence of multiple factors.The results of these two models are relatively ideal and can provide reference for bearing life prediction.
