摘要
落水救生定位系统是保障舰船作业人员生命安全的重要设备,往往因为不易穿戴和成本高等原因,无法做到全员配备,导致落水人员救援效率和成功率得不到保证。针对人员落水救生任务需求展开分析,结合不同落水场景,提出双体系落水救生定位系统方案,进一步对落水救生设备的系统架构进行分析,总结相关技术方案和关键技术,并对定位系统进行论证和模拟试验,为落水救生系统产品化开发提供有力的技术支撑。
Man overboarding rescue position system is an important equipment to ensure the life safety of ship operators,often because of unwearable,high cost reasons,can not be fully equipped,resulting in drowning personnel rescue efficiency and success rate can not be guaranteed.Based on the analysis of the requirements of personnel falling into water lifesaving tasks,combined with different falling into water scenarios,a two-system falling into water lifesaving positioning system scheme is proposed,the system architecture of falling into water lifesaving equipment is further analyzed,relevant technical schemes and key technologies are summarized,and the positioning system is demonstrated and simulated to provide strong technical support for the product development of falling into water lifesaving system.
