智能研究与实训两用船薄板焊接变形的控制和矫正

摘要 为达到提高船舶建造精度,提升建造质量水平的目的,分析智能研究与实训两用船在建造过程中薄板焊接变形产生的原因,介绍有效控制船舶薄板结构建造精度的控制措施和变形矫正方法。研究表明:科学合理的薄板焊接变形控制和矫正方法可提升薄板焊接质量,减少焊接变形,满足船舶的强度和整体外观美学。研究结果可为该类型船舶的薄板结构建造提供有价值的参考依据。 In order to improve the accuracy of ship construction and the level of construction quality,the causes of welding deformation of thin plate during the construction of the intelligent research and training ship is analyzed,and introduces effective control measures and deformation correction methods.The research shows that the scientific and reasonable welding deformation control and correction method can improve the welding quality of thin plates,reduce the welding deformation,and meet the strength and overall appearance aesthetics of the ship.The research results can provide valuable reference for similar ships.
