营商环境对新质生产力发展影响的实证检验

摘要 为研究营商环境在推动新质生产力过程中的关键作用,采用熵值法对营商环境与新质生产力进行量化评估。通过构建固定效应模型,发现营商环境对新质生产力的发展具有显著的正向推动作用。机制研究表明:营商环境能够通过增加当地上市公司数量进而提高新质生产力发展水平;从空间分布视角考察,营商环境对新质生产力发展水平的影响具有区域异质性,其可以显著提高东中西部地区新质生产力发展水平,未能显著提高东北地区新质生产力发展水平。针对空间溢出效应,文中采用空间杜宾模型进行分析,结果显示:营商环境的改善有助于提升邻近地区的新质生产力发展水平。 To investigate the critical role of the business environment in promoting new quality productivity,this study employs the entropy method to quantitatively assess the relationship between the business environment and new quality productivity.By constructing a fixed-effects model,it is found that the business environment has a significant positive driving effect on the development of new quality productivity.The mechanism study shows that the business environment can increase the number of local listed companies and thus improve the development of new quality productivity.From the perspective of spatial distribution,the impact of business environment on the development level of new quality productivity is regionally heterogeneous,which can significantly improve the development level of new quality productivity in the East,Central and West regions,and fails to significantly improve the development level of new quality productivity in the Northeast region.For the spatial spillover effect,this paper adopts the spatial Durbin model to analyze,and the results show that the improvement of business environment can help to enhance the development level of new quality productivity in the neighboring regions.
