基于光伏及储能并网的电能质量治理技术研究

摘要 低压分布式光伏发电的间歇性、随机性、波动性给农村配电网带来过电压、谐波越限、反向过载等问题,严重影响低压配电网供电质量。本文主要针对规模化分布式光伏接入农村配电网产生的末端过电压、台区变压器反向过载、谐波越限、三相不平衡等电能质量问题进行分析。提出基于分布式储能系统的低压台区电能质量治理策略,基于用电信息采集系统搭建低压台区电能质量治理业务模块,验证低压台区电能质量治理策略的可靠性。通过试点建设实际验证了分布式储能系统治理低压台区内过电压、反向过载、谐波越限等问题的应用效果。 The intermittency,randomness,and volatility of low-voltage distributed photovoltaic power generation bring problems to rural distribution networks such as over-voltage,harmonic exceeding limits,and reverse overload,seriously affecting the power supply quality of low-voltage distribution networks.This article mainly analyzes the power quality problems caused by the large-scale distributed photovoltaic access to rural distribution networks,such as terminal over-voltage,reverse overload of substation transformers,harmonic exceeding limits,and three-phase imbalance.It proposes a low-voltage substation power quality governance strategy based on distributed energy storage system,builds a low-voltage substation power quality governance business module based on electricity information collection system,and verifies the reliability of the low-voltage substation power quality governance strategy.The practical application effect of distributed energy storage system in addressing issues such as over-voltage,reverse overload,and harmonic exceeding in low-voltage substations has been verified through pilot construction.
