摘要
停车难、停车乱是城市经济快速发展的产物,在超大城市外围区体现尤为明显。本文以广州市花都区为例,基于城市车辆管理政策进行现状停车问题分析,并提出“结合发展、适量适配;深挖潜能、提高效率;盘活资源、平衡结构”的停车发展策略。相关策略区别于传统的停车规划模式,是超大城市外围区在汽车保有量迅速增长的背景下对停车发展的探索和实践。
Parking difficulty and disorderly parking are products of rapid urban economic development,particularly evident in the peripheral areas of mega cities.This article takes Huadu District in Guangzhou as an example to analyze the current parking problems based on urban vehicle management policies,and proposes a parking development strategy of"combining development and appropriate adaptation;deepening potential and improving efficiency;activating resources and balancing structure".The relevant strategy is different from the traditional parking planning model,and it is the exploration and practice of parking development in the peripheral areas of mega cities under the background of the rapid growth of car ownership.
