摘要
介绍某电厂300MW机组汽轮机磨蚀、腐蚀与积盐的情况,通过对汽轮机磨蚀、腐蚀、积盐情况进行分析,以及对积盐与沉积物的化学成分进行检测,探讨磨蚀、腐蚀与积盐产生的原因,并提出了相应的对策和解决措施。
This article introduces the situation of abrasion,corrosion,and salt accumulation in a 300MW turbine unit of a power plant.By analyzing the abrasion,corrosion,and salt accumulation of the turbine,as well as detecting the chemical composition of salt accumulation and sediment,the causes of abrasion,corrosion,and salt accumulation are explored,and corresponding countermeasures and solutions are proposed.
