摘要
本研究聚焦施工项目全周期造价控制的优化策略,以确保项目在成本、效益和风险管理上达到最佳平衡,分析现有造价控制实践及其面临的如成本预测不准、风险管理不足、信息不对称等主要挑战,提出一系列创新策略。重点构建利用云计算和大数据等现代信息技术实现项目各方信息实时更新与共享的高效信息共享平台,强调建立系统的风险评估与控制机制以及应用基于BIM技术和机器学习算法等的先进造价预测模型以提高预测准确性和项目管理透明度,旨在经过这些策略实现造价管理科学化、精确化,优化资源配置,增强项目的经济和社会价值。
This study focuses on the optimization strategies for the full cycle cost control of construction projects,in order to ensure the optimal balance between cost,benefit,and risk management.It analyzes the existing cost control practices and the main challenges,such as inaccurate cost forecasting,insufficient risk management,and information asymmetry,and proposes a series of innovative strategies.It focus on building an efficient information sharing platform that utilizes modern information technologies such as cloud computing and big data to achieve real-time updates and sharing of information among all parties involved in the project.Emphasis is placed on establishing a systematic risk assessment and control mechanism,as well as applying advanced cost prediction models based on BIM technology and machine learning algorithms to improve prediction accuracy and project management transparency.The aim is to achieve scientific and precise cost management,optimize resource allocation,and enhance the economic and social value of the project through these strategies.
