粤港澳大湾区冷链物流供需现状分析及对策研究

Analysis and Countermeasures of Cold Chain Logistics Supply and Demand in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

大湾区冷链物流的发展对于打造大湾区优质生活圈具有重要意义。本文通过数据分析法对粤港澳大湾区冷链物流供需现状进行了分析,总结出了大湾区主要的生鲜产品产地分布和湾区主要城市对生鲜产品的需求量,同时对大湾区冷库容量进行了测算,最后基于数据分析结果对大湾区冷链物流发展给出了对策建议。

The development of cold chain logistics in the Greater Bay Area is of great significance for creating a high-quality living circle in the region.This article analyzes the current supply and demand situation of cold chain logistics in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area through data analysis.It summarizes the distribution of major fresh product production areas in the Greater Bay Area and the demand for fresh products in major cities.At the same time,the cold storage capacity in the Greater Bay Area is calculated.Finally,based on the data analysis results,countermeasures and suggestions for the development of cold chain logistics in the Greater Bay Area are proposed.
