摘要
本文结合工程实例,介绍了在异形大跨度基坑混凝土内支撑拆除原设计为整道换撑拆除,考虑到现场施工进度赶,拆除前,首先采用分区分阶段拆除工况方案推演,并应用BIM软件施工模型及结构软件进行应力分析,论证可行性,再与实际基坑监测数据进行对比,通过软件理论受力分析模拟的情况及基坑监测报告数据与现场实际拆撑情况对比,得出理论与实际应力释放基本吻合一致,在确保基坑安全的前提下,加快了基坑内支撑拆除施工进度,节约了工期,为以后类似工程基坑支撑梁拆除提供参考和借鉴。
This article combines engineering examples to introduce that the original design for dismantling the internal support of concrete in irregular large-span foundation pits was to replace the entire support for dismantling.Considering the tight construction schedule on site,before demolition,a zoning and phased demolition plan was first used to deduce the working conditions,and BIM software construction models and structural software were applied for stress analysis to demonstrate feasibility,and then compared with actual foundation pit monitoring data.By analyzing and simulating the situation through software theory and comparing the monitoring report data of the foundation pit with the actual dismantling situation on site,it was found that the theoretical and actual stress release were basically consistent.On the premise of ensuring the safety of the foundation pit,the construction progress of the support dismantling inside the foundation pit was accelerated,and the construction period was saved.This provides reference and inspiration for the dismantling of support beams in similar engineering foundation pits in the future.
