Construction project cost management plays a vital role in enterprise development.For enterprises,effective cost management can not only ensure the smooth progress of the project in the budget,reduce cost risks,but also help enterprises to develop more scientific and reasonable strategic planning,and achieve long-term and stable development.Therefore,the paper uses the literature data method and other research methods to study the management of the construction project cost,and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy.It is hoped that through the implementation of the optimization strategy,the level of construction project cost management can be improved,the project cost can be reduced and the competitiveness of enterprises can be enhanced.
