摘要
文章以智慧城市建设为准自然实验,基于2006-2019年中国248个地级市的面板数据,通过多时点差分模型研究了新型基础设施建设对城市碳排放的影响。结果表明:智慧城市建设具有碳减排效应;异质性分析结果显示,智慧城市建设有助于缓解非资源型城市、副省级和省会城市的碳排放,而对资源型城市和普通地级市没有显著影响;进一步研究发现,产业结构升级和绿色技术进步对碳排放具有显著的调节作用,可以有效缓解地区碳排放水平。
Taking smart city construction as a quasi-natural experiment,based on the panel data of 248 prefecture-level cities in China from 2006 to 2019,this paper studies the impact of new infrastructure construction on urban carbon emissions through multi-time point difference model.The results show that the construction of smart city has the effect of carbon emission reduction.The results of heterogeneity analysis show that the construction of smart cities helps to alleviate the carbon emissions of non-resource-based cities,sub-provincial and provincial capital cities,but has no significant impact on resource-based cities and ordinary prefecture-level cities.Further research shows that industrial structure upgrading and green technological progress have a significant regulatory effect on carbon emissions,which can effectively alleviate the level of regional carbon emissions.
