摘要
数字技术为新质人才培养提供了坚实基础。“新质人才”指能够为行业发展和社会进步塑造新动能、打造新优势、开辟新赛道,以引领新质生产力发展的创新型、高素质人才。其核心特质包括:数字技术知识与技能、人机协同思维与能力、自省自觉与自主学习、数字合作与问题解决、数字创新与开拓能力、数字伦理与社会责任。文章梳理了新质人才培养的核心理念,包括:开拓创新锚定新质人才愿景、自主自觉奠定人才培养基调、探究实践引领育人模式转型、人机协同驱动教育实践创新。未来数字教育背景下新质人才的培养需要进一步完善科学全面的新质人才评价体系、推动人机协同的数字学习方式创新、打造系统完善的新质人才培育课程、构建跨学科数字教育探究实践体系、创建协同创新的新质人才培育生态。
Digital technology provides a solid foundation for cultivating new quality talents.New quality talents refer to innovative and high-quality talents who can adapt to shape new driving forces,create new advantages,and open up new tracks for industry development and social progress,leading the development of new quality productivity.Its core characteristics include:digital technology knowledge and skills,human-machine collaborative thinking and ability,self-reflection and selflearning,digital cooperation and problem-solving,digital innovation and exploration ability,digital ethics and social responsibility.This paper outlines the core concepts of cultivating new quality talents,including:exploring and innovating to anchor the vision of new quality talents,independently and consciously establishing the tone of talent cultivation,exploring and guiding the transformation of education mode through practice,and driving innovation in educational practice through humanmachine collaboration.The cultivation of new quality talents under the background of future digital education requires further improvement of a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system for new quality talents,promotion of innovative digital learning methods for human-machine collaboration,creation of a systematic and comprehensive new quality talent cultivation curriculum,construction of an interdisciplinary digital education exploration and practice system,and creation of a collaborative and innovative new quality talent cultivation ecosystem.
