高等教育数字化赋能卓越工程师培养

摘要 为明确高等教育数字化发展对新工科建设和卓越工程师培养的作用,文章从高等教育数字化的内涵和卓越工程师培养的目标出发,以信息产业发展对工程师的需求为基础,重点从数字化赋能的智慧校园建设、学科与专业优化、人工智能育人范式、产学研用全流程人才培养四个方面进行深入分析与调研,提出要秉持创新需求,将数字化技术融入卓越工程师培养方案的制定与落实中,构建技术与实践深度融合的卓越工程师培养体系,为“双一流”建设背景下的卓越工程师培养提供支撑。 In order to clarify the role of digital development of higher education in the construction of new engineering and the training of excellent engineers,starting from the connotation of digitization of higher education and the training goal of excellent engineers,and based on the demand of engineers for the development of information industry,this paper focuses on the in-depth analysis and research from four aspects:digitally-enabled smart campus infrastructure,discipline and specialty optimization,artificial intelligence education paradigm,and whole-process talent training for production,university research,and application.It proposes to uphold innovation needs,deepen digital technology into the formulation and implementation of excellent engineer training programs,and build an excellent engineer training system with deep integration of technology and practice,supporting the training of excellent engineersunder the background of"double first-class"construction.
