摘要
产业技术创新是国家创新驱动发展战略的核心之一。领军型专业学位博士研究生作为产业技术创新人才的重要组成部分,将对推动产业技术创新和国家经济发展发挥重要作用。文章在分析我国产业技术创新人才需求以及博士专业学位发展现状的基础上,从博士专业学位研究生培养宏观层面的培养目标、中观层面的招生路径和微观层面的培养环节三个维度,以及目标导向的评价机制进行分析,探讨领军型专业学位博士研究生培养路径。
Industrial technology innovation is one of the cores of the national innovation-driven development strategy.As an important component of industrial technology innovative talents,leading professional doctorates will play significant roles in promoting industrial technology innovation and national economic development.Based on an analysis of the demand for talents in industrial technological innovation and the current development status of doctoral professional degrees in China,this article examines the cultivation paths for professional doctoral candidates from three dimensions:the macrolevel construction orientation, mid-level enrollment path, and micro-level training links for professionaldoctoral degrees, as well as the goal-oriented evaluation mechanism.
