虚拟现实技术在化工仿真实习中的应用

摘要 虚拟现实技术已经被广泛应用于化学工业仿真中。基于虚拟现实技术的化工仿真实习系统通过模拟真实的化工生产过程,使学生掌握生产中流量、温度、压力、液位等参数的调节及其变化情况。化工仿真实习课程包含化工工艺3D场景仿真、化工工艺生产操作虚拟现实仿真、事故处理仿真,教学中采用先练习后考试的方式,以激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的操作能力,锻炼学生分析和解决问题的能力,为学生今后投身化工行业打下基础。 Virtual reality technology has been widely applied in the chemical industry simulation.The simulation practice of chemical engineering,which is based on virtual reality technology,can simulate real chemical production processes and make students master the adjustment and variation of flow,temperature,pressure,liquid level and other parameters.The simulation practice includes 3D scene simulation of chemical processes,virtual reality simulation of chemical production operations,and accident handling simulation.The practice-before-examination method is adopted to stimulate students interest in learning,improve the operation abilities of students,exercise their abilities of analyzing and solving problems,and lay a foundation for students to engage in the chemical industry in the future.
